Position Summary
JL Exhibit Services is seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk to perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks that help keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner

Sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare and send outgoing mail/packages

Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory

Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations

Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed

Greet and assist visitors or vendors when they arrive at the office

Maintain clean and orderly office and reception areas
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in an office, administrative, or clerical role preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with scheduling tools or office management software

Experience in the trade show, events, or logistics industry is a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus but not required
