REH Holdings, Inc. is a diversified corporation specializing in the construction and manufacture of highway safety products as well as commercial and residential fence products. A fourth generation family-owned business, we are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruit, screen, and interview potential employees
- On-board new employees
- Record new hires, terminations, and changes in HR database and payroll software
- Administration of FMLA and short term disability requests
- General employee relations
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources experience.
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
