Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in line with company policies
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Continuously learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in standard office software and CRM tools
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
