Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in line with company policies
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
  • Continuously learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficient in standard office software and CRM tools
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment


• Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with order management systems.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Competence in managing faxed documents and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
