Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license is an absolute requirement
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Prior experience providing speech therapy in school environments, working with diverse student populations from kindergarten to 12th grade
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with educators and families
- Ability to independently organize a full K-12 caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language therapy to students across grade levels
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each student’s IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation of sessions, progress, and evaluations
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student support
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to academic planning
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality for all student interactions
Position Details:
- Full-time contract from August 13, 2026 through May 20, 2027, with the potential for an earlier start for staff preparation days
- Work schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (32 hours per week)
- Onsite presence is required; teletherapy is not available for this role
- Manage a single, diverse caseload covering grades K-12, offering professional variety and growth
