Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Wednesday–Friday)
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role focuses on enhancing resident well-being through personalized care, strong teamwork, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver resident-centered nursing care with a focus on engagement, safety, and life enrichment
- Assist residents with daily living activities while ensuring dignity and compassion
- Develop, implement, and communicate individualized plans of care in collaboration with residents, families, and the care team
- Ensure quality nursing outcomes through effective use of the nursing process
- Coordinate care and share relevant clinical updates with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Supervise and lead CNAs to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care
- Perform accurate, timely, and efficient charting
- Apply critical thinking skills to improve care delivery and outcomes
- Support resident/family counseling and discharge planning using available resources
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the state
- Maintain current RN certification throughout employment
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed and elder-directed caregiving
- Passion for serving residents with compassion, respect, and personalization
