Compensation Notes
- $165,000 - $175,000+ annually (depending on experience)
- 20% annual bonus Incentive

Daily Responsibilities For Pharmacy Director
- Drive operational performance by implementing cost-control strategies, process improvements, and aligning goals with leadership.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
- Success in this role requires the ability to elevate leadership capability, standardize processes, improve performance and culture, and deliver measurable results across a complex, high-volume operation.
Required Qualifications For Pharmacy Director
- Strong background in operational excellence, process improvement, and performance optimization
- Demonstrated ability to lead in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Active and Clear Pharmacist license in California
