Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.

Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients, ensuring a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client services.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
