The ideal candidate will be hard working, detail oriented, a quick learner, looking to grow their technology skills (GPS modeling, surveying and machine controls) and learn leadership while working with crews, clients, agencies, and subcontractors. Typical duties include, material takeoffs, purchase orders, subcontracts, submittals, RFI’s, scheduling, meetings, change orders and jobsite reviews. Working closely with upper management, job Foreman, and project owner representatives. The project manager will be an integral part of the project team, working on projects from bid to closeout. The main responsibility of the Project Manager is working with team members to create realistic timelines and following up to ensure everything is running smoothly while tracking progress. An essential task in this job is to be able to analyze construction documents and drawings and forecast any possible field problems; recognize discrepancies between construction documents and field conditions; communicate interpreted information to the Engineer.
