Job SummaryWe are seeking BCBA and BCaBA Practicum Students who are looking to complete their required supervision hours while gaining hands-on experience working as Behavioral Technicians (BTs).

This is a great opportunity for students currently enrolled in an ABA graduate or undergraduate program who need supervised fieldwork to become a BCBA or BCaBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism as a Behavioral Technician
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA to complete practicum requirements
• Assist with behavior assessments, treatment planning, and parent training under supervision
• Follow BACB ethical guidelines and maintain professionalism at all times
• Work in home, clinic, school, and community settings as needed

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an ABA program (Master’s for BCBA, Bachelor’s for BCaBA)
• Actively pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification and needing supervised fieldwork hours
• Willing to work as a Behavioral Technician while completing practicum hours
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and data collection skills
• Ability to work with children in various environments
• Must pass a background check and complete necessary training
