Schedule/Hours
- 6:45 am – 5:15 pm
- Call required
- Weekends and holidays may be assigned
- Block scheduling is not available
Qualifications / Experience
- Active RN license
- Previous travel nursing experience (required)
- Level 1 trauma center experience (required)
- High rating on clinical skills checklist (required)
- Burn experience (preferred)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert perioperative care to patients before, during, and after surgery
- Scrub and circulate across a range of specialties in a Level 1 trauma operating room
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary staff
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection prevention protocols
- Participate in emergency procedures and respond efficiently to trauma cases
