Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Installer located in Georgetown, TX. The Lead Installer will be responsible for overseeing and executing bath remodeling projects from start to finish. Key daily tasks include installation of bathroom components, ensuring high-quality workmanship, managing project timelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and providing exceptional customer service. The Lead Installer will also be expected to lead and mentor junior installers, handle on-site problem-solving, and communicate effectively with both clients and team members.
This job will grow in the future. The Lead Installer is expected to perform his own installations while helping manage others. As the company grows, this job will likely transition into a Project Manager, with direct management over field projects, and removing the Lead Installer from performing his own installations.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in bathroom remodeling, including plumbing, carpentry, and trim work
- Experience installing Sentrel walls and bases heavily preferred
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle on-site challenges effectively
- Good physical condition and the ability to perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license and truck suitable for work
