Position: Clinical Psychologist / Neuropsychologist / Counselor
Location: Johns Creek, GA
Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary neurorehabilitation team serving adults with traumatic brain injuries, acquired brain injuries, stroke, post-concussion syndrome, and other neurological conditions. This role will provide individual and group therapy, cognitive and neuropsychological assessments, behavioral support, and treatment planning within a residential rehabilitation setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals coping with adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, substance abuse histories, and other behavioral health challenges.
Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family therapy services.

Conduct cognitive and neuropsychological assessments to support treatment planning.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions.

Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, caregivers, and external providers to support client outcomes.

Assist with crisis intervention, behavioral management, and discharge planning.

Educate families, caregivers, and staff regarding treatment strategies and rehabilitation goals.

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and reports.

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and program development initiatives.
Qualifications

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Active Georgia license to provide psychological counseling services.

Experience working with brain injury, neurorehabilitation, behavioral health, or related populations preferred.

Knowledge of neuropsychology, cognitive rehabilitation, behavioral interventions, and therapy techniques.

Strong communication, organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
Physical Requirements

Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to travel as needed.

Ability to work within a residential rehabilitation environment.
