Job Description
As an RN Clinical Supervisor (Home Health), you will partner with the Clinical Director and Branch Director to plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient-centered care. Time is split between the office and the field, providing clinical guidance to home care field staff and supporting patient care consisting of pediatrics and adults.

Responsibilities:

• Taking, reviewing and converting home care referrals
• Overseeing all client care services
• Assessing patients, developing plans of care, coordinating services and discharge planning
• Completing client admission and pre-admission visits
• Ensuring compliance with agency’s policies and local, state and federal laws and regulations
• Completing required paperwork for insurance reimbursement and clinical record documentation
• Serving in a rotating on-call schedule for clinical troubleshooting and support
• Interviewing, orientating, and supporting field staff
• Evaluating and conferring with field staff regarding performance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Current RN license in Nevada
• Experience working with pediatric patients
• 2+ years of recent RN experience
• 1+ year of Gtube experience (plus traches and/or vents preferred)
• 1+ year in home health care
• 1+ year of supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree from a National League of Nursing-accredited college preferred

$75K - $85K
