Ideal candidates will have experience working with QuickBooks Online, particularly in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate and timely data entry for financial transactions.
• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Handle accounts payable tasks, ensuring proper documentation and timely payments.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and AppFolio to maintain and update financial records.
• Process invoices and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handling of multi-entity accounting operations.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all financial activities.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management review.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
• Strong proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and AppFolio software.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and reconciliation procedures.
• Background in the real estate industry is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-entity environment.
