Job DescriptionProject Manager MEP Coordinator

Position Overview
The MEP Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects. This role involves coordinating between various stakeholders to ensure that MEP systems are designed and installed according to specifications, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into construction projects.
  • Review and analyze MEP design plans and shop drawings for compliance with project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor MEP installation and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Resolve any design discrepancies or issues that arise during the construction phase.
  • Facilitate communication between MEP teams and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP coordination or project management in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of building systems and construction processes, especially MEP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
