The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the best talent is hired! This growing organization is looking to meet staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising hiring managers. This is a 13-week position, with possibility of going longer.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Pay: $28-$31 per hour DOE

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

Recruit and interview for assigned positions

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

Efficiently and effectively fill open positions

Network through industry contacts, memberships, trade groups and employees

Build networks to find qualified candidates

Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives

Create descriptive employment postings and advertisements

Assist with new hire onboarding process
Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, business, or related field

Prior Healthcare recruiting experience, 2-3 years’ experience required

Must be ok working a 3-month project assignment, possibly longer

Knowledge of EEO, ADA, Wage and Hour and other applicable Employment Laws

Excellent knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices including but not limited to performance management, compensation management, and recruitment

Ability to assess and analyze complex business needs and conceptualize creative solutions

Experience with Human Resources technology products, including recruiting and onboarding; Talent Management is preferred

Ability to effectively interact with associates at all levels within the organization

Possess excellent written and oral communication skills; as well as presentation skills

Ability to adjust work schedule according to the business needs

Thorough understanding of how business strategies drive talent initiatives

Experience with MS products, including, Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet Explorer and Outlook
