Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for manufacturing operations.
- Oversee cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and develop accurate financial forecasts and projections.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making and drive profitability.
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
Recommended Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
- Extensive experience with cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for a manufacturing company.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with advanced analytics or business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for financial modeling and reporting.
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvements or implementing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies within a finance or manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, including due diligence and integration.
- Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) or multi-currency operations in a global manufacturing context.
