We are seeking a Company Driver for our operations based in Obetz, OH, with plans for a future terminal in the same location. This position offers the advantage of using company-owned and maintained trucks at no cost to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Typically out for approximately two weeks at a time.
- Service routes across 47 states, excluding California.
- Avoid Northwest states during winter months when possible.
- Work is based on customer demand; no dedicated routes currently available.
- Collaborate with our logistics sister company to develop more dedicated opportunities.
- Engage in drop-and-hook operations with no-touch freight.
- Operate newer sleeper trucks from 2020 onwards.
- Maintain equipment in excellent condition.
- Option to take home equipment if secure parking is available.
Compensation and Benefits
- Detention pay of $25 per hour after two hours at the facility.
- Deadhead rates provided.
- Low mileage rates to ensure fair compensation.
- $200 per day for any breakdowns or maintenance while on the road.
- Maximum earnings of $1,000 per week.

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of CDL A experience required.
- Applicants must be 25 years or older.
- Must be under 75 years of age due to insurance requirements.
- Less than one moving violation in the past two years on the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years.
