Responsibilities
- Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee therapy implementation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate effectively with clinical team members and caregivers
- Provide training and support to families
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland (MD)
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in applied behavior analysis
- Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral assessment, and treatment planning
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
