We are seeking a dedicated professional for a flexible, part-time contract supporting a school-based team in Louisiana. You will play a vital role in assisting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) by conducting virtual supervision and aiding with renewal competency assessments. Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Must possess an active Louisiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and supervisory best practices
- Experience supporting RBTs or working within a school setting is highly valued
- Comfortable delivering services virtually and using teletherapy platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual supervision to RBT for 2 hours per week (totaling 8 hours per month)
- Guide and assist the RBT in completing the renewal competency assessment
- Maintain accurate supervision documentation in accordance with state and certification board requirements
- Offer feedback, mentorship, and practical ABA guidance to further professional development of team members
- Collaborate remotely with school staff to ensure high-quality behavioral supports are in place
