Pediatrician
Newport and Covington, Kentucky

We’re hiring a Pediatrician in Newport and Covington, Kentucky who wants strong earning potential, real work-life balance, and long-term stability.

You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on well visits, sick visits, and continuity of pediatric care. This is a high-demand practice with strong community impact. You will have structured clinic hours and only backup call coverage.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $200,000 with total compensation potential up to $280,000 based on production and quality metrics
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Retention bonuses up to $9,000
• 240 hours of paid time off
• Up to 9 paid holidays plus your birthday off

• 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4 percent employer match, fully vested
• $4,600 CME allowance
