We are seeking a reliable and experienced Residential Maid to provide exceptional cleaning and housekeeping services in a high-end residence in Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong time-management skills, and take pride in maintaining an immaculate living environment. This role involves routine cleaning, laundry, and organization duties to ensure the property remains spotless and welcoming for both the residents and their guests.

Key Responsibilities

• General Cleaning:

• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum all rooms, hallways, and common areas.

• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.

• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas.

• Laundry and Linen Care:

• Wash, iron, and fold clothing and linens as needed.

• Ensure proper care and storage of delicate fabrics.

• Household Maintenance:

• Perform routine cleaning of floors, furniture, and fixtures.

• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and other household necessities.

• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the House Manager or employer.

• Organization & Tidiness:

• Maintain a clutter-free and organized environment in all rooms.

• Assist with organizing closets, storage areas, and household items.

• Special Projects & Event Support:

• Assist with deep-cleaning projects periodically.

• Prepare the residence for special events or guest visits as directed.

• Discretion and Professionalism:

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the household.

• Follow any specific routines or preferences as outlined by the employer.

Qualifications

• Experience:

• Prior experience as a maid, housekeeper, or in a similar role in a private residence or luxury hotel.

• Familiarity with high-end cleaning techniques and eco-friendly cleaning products is preferred.

• Good communication skills in English; additional language skills (such as Spanish) are a plus

• Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to adhere to scheduled routines and adapt to occasional changes in priorities.
