Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and active Pennsylvania licensure. This role involves working within a school setting in Wilkes Barre, PA, primarily covering maternity leaves in Lackawanna County initially, followed by supporting itinerant students in the Dunmore, PA area during the spring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to school-aged students
- Collaborate with educational staff to support student development
- Maintain detailed records and documentation as required
- Adapt therapy plans to meet the individual needs of students
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current CCC credential
- Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure is required
- Prior school-based experience essential
- Ability to obtain and complete Pennsylvania state clearances
- Reliable transportation for travel between assigned locations
Position Details:
- Full-time schedule, 35 hours per week; part-time applicants will also be considered
- Contract role with a start date ASAP and ending August 7, 2026
- Onsite work required with no option for teletherapy (VOCO not accepted)
