- Training: First 3 months on 1st shift

- Are you comfortable using mechanical and measuring tools to assemble precise components?

What you'll do
- Assemble and modify electromechanical products such as switchboards and lighting panels.
- Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials, and documentation to complete assignments accurately.
- Process work orders using computers and scanners; scan in/out and meet production or expedited schedules.
- Mount and secure components to frames or enclosures; build subassemblies and complete units.
- Maintain a clean workstation and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations.
What you need
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mechanical/measuring tools.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Capable of standing for the duration of the shift.
- Physically able to reach, grasp, lift up to 50lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy materials.
- Comfort with stooping, bending, squatting, crawling, and climbing.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Strong attention to detail; able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Willingness to learn all equipment and follow established processes.
Legal requirement
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred
- Prior experience reading blueprints.
- Experience with large industrial machinery.
