  • Shift: 2nd shift, 4:00pm – 12:30 Midnight
  • Training: First 3 months on 1st shift
  • Pay $19.22

  • Are you comfortable using mechanical and measuring tools to assemble precise components?
  • Can you thrive in a fast-moving production environment where quality and safety come first?

What you'll do

  • Assemble and modify electromechanical products such as switchboards and lighting panels.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials, and documentation to complete assignments accurately.
  • Process work orders using computers and scanners; scan in/out and meet production or expedited schedules.
  • Mount and secure components to frames or enclosures; build subassemblies and complete units.
  • Maintain a clean workstation and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations.

What you need

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mechanical/measuring tools.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Capable of standing for the duration of the shift.
  • Physically able to reach, grasp, lift up to 50lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy materials.
  • Comfort with stooping, bending, squatting, crawling, and climbing.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong attention to detail; able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Willingness to learn all equipment and follow established processes.

Legal requirement

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred

  • Prior experience reading blueprints.
  • Experience with large industrial machinery.
