Full Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties Including but not limited to:

Open and Close pools and prepare them properly for summer or winterization
Perform weekly pool maintenance
Knowledge of water chemistry and balancing chemicals
Tasks at shop on a regular basis in addition to client services
Perform field troubleshooting of swimming pool equipment
Perform a variety of skills equipment repairs and installations related to pool heaters, filters, pumps, motors, cleaning sysytems, automatic controls, and electrical systems
Perform accurate vehicle inventories and daily maintenance checks
Complete daily detail records of work performed
Maintain an acceptable personal appearance and a strong customer service focus
Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Three years verifiable experience in maintaining and servicing swimming pools
Be an independent thinker with strong problem solving skills
Basic Knowledge of general plumbing
Basic knowledge of 110/220 vault electricity
A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to work
Flexibility to work overtime in peak of season
Teamwork, Communication, Time Management and Positive Attitude

Physical Abilities:

Must be able to lift, push or pull objects weighing up to 50lbs
Requires the physical ability to use hands, arms, feet, legs for repetitive movements such as bending, squatting and reaching
Requires the physical ability to function in exposure to weather, temperature and humidity changes
Exposure to chemicals
