Position Overview
As a Quality Specialist, you’ll be responsible for inspecting and validating tire components and finished products. Your work will ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations, helping to maintain the company’s reputation for reliability and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the tire production process
- Identify and report non-conformances, and assist in root cause analysis
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and support ISO and safety compliance
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in quality assurance or control, preferably in manufacturing or automotive
- Familiarity with tire production processes is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
