Our client is seeking a strategic and tech-savvy professional to support and enhance its business development and marketing infrastructure. This position plays a key role in strengthening systems, improving data integrity, and optimizing processes that directly support client growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for business development systems and experience database management
- Oversee data quality, reporting, and workflow optimization
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to improve system functionality and integrations
- Support proposal tracking, awards submissions, and opportunity management processes
- Contribute to website oversight, SEO strategy, and digital content coordination
- Analyze data trends to inform business development efforts
- Identify process improvements and implement technology-driven solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and innovation teams on new tools and initiatives
- Assist in training and user adoption for systems and best practices
Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, law firm, or other professional services organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
- Strong aptitude for data, systems, and analytics
- Experience with CRM or experience management platforms
- Microsoft Office. Foundation and WordPress (or similar)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
