This full-time position for a Registered Nurse in our float pool entails delivering comprehensive nursing care to adult and elderly patients across various hospital units and facilities within a designated regional area. Candidates should possess a minimum of one to two years of recent bedside nursing experience, relevant certifications, and a valid RN license. The Registered Nurse will apply theoretical knowledge to make informed decisions in practice, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating tailored nursing care in line with established nursing standards for adult and geriatric patients. The selected candidate will be required to report to facilities within the regional area of their home hospital. Specific facilities will be determined upon hiring, with approval from the leadership team.

- Base Pay: Based on Experience

Qualifications:
- Required Education:
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
- Preferred Education: BSN
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
- Licensure:
- Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment and comply with all state board of nursing regulations.
- Required Experience:
- One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg roles.
- For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience is required.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic software
- Certifications (Must have upon starting):
- BLS for Med/Surg and Behavioral Health
- BLS & NRP for Women's Health
- BLS, ACLS for Critical Care
- BLS, ACLS, & PALS for Emergency Department
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift; frequent bending, stooping, and lifting/turning patients with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds.
