Job Description:
A life client is seeking an Advanced Sales Design Manager to support financial advisors by developing tailored insurance strategies and presenting product solutions that meet client needs. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication skills in a fast-paced, advisor focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales proposal support for financial advisors and firms.
  • Analyze in-force policies and conduct comprehensive policy reviews.
  • Present insurance portfolio assessments with clear recommendations to retain or reposition coverage based on current market offerings.
  • Communicate insurance strategies and solutions to both internal sales teams and external advisors.
  • Prepare sales illustrations and comparison spreadsheets using tools such as Ebix and Ensight.
  • Research and proactively obtain information from insurance carriers and their representatives.
  • Collaborate with internal sales managers, new business processors and carrier advanced sales attorneys as needed.
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines to support advisor appointment schedules.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an independent marketing organization or brokerage general agency; five years (preferred)
  • College degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Ebix, Ensight, Agency Integrator or Smart Office; Salesforce experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of carrier internal retention and indexed life products
  • Variable life insurance license (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate with a client-first mindset and advocate for advisor success
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with major carriers
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and complete multiple tasks on time
