As a Registered Nurse, you will apply the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for maintaining accountability for the care provided to your assigned patients. Additionally, you will assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers and coordinate patient care in collaboration with other departments. Position Details:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing the nursing process to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintaining professional accountability for the care of assigned patients.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
- Coordinating patient care with various departments.
- Ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of a nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a valid RN license in the state of employment, including meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
- Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association, or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
- Additional unit-specific certifications may be required based on the position or department.
