Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams
Location:Newport, ME
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
- Provide direct speech and language services to students
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and required documentation
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results
- Manage a caseload that includes a range of ages and needs
- Travel to off-campus locations as necessary to provide services
