Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a driven and experienced HVAC Service Manager with strong leadership skills and a customer-first mindset to join our growing team in Coral Springs, FL. This role involves overseeing HVAC operations, guiding team performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC service operations to meet revenue and quality goals

• Oversee scheduling, permitting, installations, and warranty coordination

• Coach and develop technicians to ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training

• Collaborate with HR and leadership to onboard and support new team members

• Maintain a positive, productive work environment and promote teamwork

• Track service metrics, report on progress, and recommend personnel actions

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the HVAC trade

• Hands-on HVAC experience (licensure preferred)

• Proven success managing teams and driving revenue • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
