Schedule: MondaySaturday | 7:00 AM 6:00 PM

Apply today! Were looking for an experienced Distribution Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficient product flow from receiving through shipment while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Inventory Management
-
Oversee daily distribution operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping
-
Develop and enforce inventory control processes and ensure accuracy
-
Monitor KPIs, productivity, and operational performance to meet company goals
-
Maintain proper inventory levels of supplies and materials
Leadership & Team Management
-
Schedule, assign, and supervise employees across multiple departments
-
Interview, train, coach, and evaluate team members
-
Monitor attendance and productivity; take corrective action when needed
-
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Transportation & Logistics
-
Manage transportation operations including routing, dispatching, and fleet coordination
-
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, inspections, and maintenance standards
-
Oversee trailer loading, shipping accuracy, and on-time departures
-
Investigate and resolve delivery issues, damages, or operational discrepancies
Customer & Order Fulfillment

Ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipment
-
Resolve customer-related distribution issues in coordination with internal teams

Utilize warehouse and order management systems (WMS/OMS)
Facility & Safety
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
-
Enforce company safety policies and procedures
-
Promote continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
Administrative & Reporting

Prepare and review production reports and operational data
-
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
Qualifications
-
Previous experience as a Distribution Manager or similar leadership role preferred
-
Strong leadership and team management skills
-
Experience in warehouse, logistics, and transportation operations

Ability to analyze data and improve processes
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems (WMS, OMS, ERP)

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
High school diploma or equivalent required (degree preferred)

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
