Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing patients' medical histories
  • Diagnosing conditions through observation of movements and listening to patient concerns
  • Creating tailored treatment plans for each patient
  • Setting clear objectives for patients and outlining expected outcomes
  • Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries
  • Tracking patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary
  • Providing education to patients and their families about the physical therapy recovery process

Qualifications:

  • Valid Physical Therapist License in good standing in Oklahoma
  • Preferred 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedics; however, new graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning abilities

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Oklahoma
