Job Summary
As a Kitchen/Dessert Prep Staff member at Meet Fresh, you will be responsible for preparing our signature traditional Taiwanese desserts and beverages with precision, quality, and efficiency. This role ensures that all menu items are prepared according to standard recipes, presentation guidelines, and food safety regulations. You will work closely with the team to support smooth operations and timely service, especially during peak hours.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assemble desserts, drinks, and toppings following company recipes and quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked prep area throughout shifts

Monitor and rotate stock to maintain freshness (FIFO)

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures (including daily cleaning, labeling, and temperature logs)

Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly (e.g., blenders, hot water machines, steamers, rice cookers)

Communicate with front-of-house team to fulfill orders quickly and accurately

Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, checking for accuracy and product quality

Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications

Previous kitchen, prep, or food service experience preferred (but not required — training provided)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once

Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

Good communication skills and teamwork attitude

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
