PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading Electronics Manufacturer in Maple Grove, MN to hire Back Panel Assemblers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of a team producing high-quality electronic components that power today’s technology.
Shift & Pay:
-
Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
-
20/hr during 1st shift training
-
21/hr after moving to 2nd shift (includes 1/hr shift differential)
What You’ll Do
As a Back Panel Assembler, you’ll play a key role in building precision electronic components. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Assembling hardware, connectors, and components using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment
-
Operating assembly machines and performing preparation tasks for fabrication
-
Reviewing and reworking components and assemblies for quality
-
Cleaning, finishing, and packaging products to meet customer standards
-
Recording product data and inspecting assemblies for accuracy
-
Following ISO 9001 and AS9100 work instructions to maintain quality standards

Supporting your team by helping co-workers, training new employees, and driving process improvements
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience working with hand tools, measuring devices, or assembly equipment
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
-
Ability to work with small parts and occasionally use a scope
-
Dependable and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in electronics or manufacturing assembly
-
Familiarity with ISO or AS quality standards

Pay Details: 20.00 to 21.00 per hour
