Key Responsibilities
- 24-hour on-call coverage from Monday 8 AM to the following Monday 8 AM
- Manage a baby census of 0 to 1
- Provide care in a Level II NICU
- Attend high-risk deliveries
- Availability for coverage over multiple weeks
- Negotiate competitive pay, with weekly deposits
- Arrange complimentary housing and travel accommodations, along with comprehensive malpractice insurance
- Simplify the credentialing and privileging processes
- Access an online portal for assignment details and time tracking

Compensation
Hourly rates range from $150.00 to $250.00.
