Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Lathe/Mill Machinist to join our team. The role involves setting up and operating Mill and turning machines, including Mazak-100, 200, and Integrex i-150. You will perform machine setups quickly and accurately, work from various blueprints, and make edits using GibbsCam programming software. The position requires handling the full process, including operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshooting. Maintaining quality standards through in-process inspection and monitoring processes is essential.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Mill and turning machines, including Mazak-100, 200, and Integrex i-150.
- Perform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Work from various blueprints and make necessary edits in GibbsCam programming software.
- Handle the full machining process, including operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain quality standards through in-process inspection of parts and monitor processes.
- Monitor and document operational and performance issues, providing feedback to the supervisor.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of CNC setup experience.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
- Fluency in G & M code and ability to edit programs.
- High-level blueprint reading skills required.
- Experience with CNC machining and operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with shop math and measuring tools.
- Knowledge in numerical control.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $93000.00/yr.
