The ideal candidate will bring expertise in treasury or banking and a strong command of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Prepare and review journal entries to maintain proper documentation and compliance.
• Utilize Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs for financial analysis and reporting.
• Manage company credit cards and oversee expense reporting processes.
• Conduct payment runs with thorough verification to prevent fraud and ensure precision.
• Collaborate with teams on treasury or banking activities to support seamless financial operations.
• Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and reviews.
• Monitor and verify transactions to uphold compliance with company policies and industry standards.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, including intermediate skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Familiarity with financial software systems and tools.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or treasury roles.
• Strong understanding of credit systems and basic banking processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Proven ability to mitigate risks and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
