The person in this role will need to be self-motivated, friendly and a master at problem solving. This person must have a positive, can-do attitude who always puts the client first. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, product knowledge and an aptitude to handle multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and on task with little supervision.
Position Summary: Responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities for HVAC products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with residential and commercial customers. You will be working with clients in both their homes and businesses. The position may require work in the evenings and on weekends.
Hours: 8am - 5pm, with some evenings and weekends
Pay Scale: Commission + Benefits - First 90 days will include a base pay plus commission. Afterwards, pay will transition to commission only plus benefits. This is a W2 role.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Great personality
- Valid Driver's License
- Good Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous HVAC Sales experience required
- Ability to work Evenings and Saturdays
- Desire to make $100K+ per year income
