The Sterling Group offers W2 employee positions and includes paid time off and employer contributions to taxes and benefits. You are compensated based on billable hours and admin time, with a full-time position (25+ weekly sessions) earning more than $80,000 per year ($100,00 if fully licensed). You have the flexibility to make your own schedule and work with the clients you want to see.
Compensation:
$65 - $80 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to young adults
- Maintain availability for a minimum of 25 weekly sessions
- Willingness to meet with clients at our DC office 3-4 days per week
- Complete timely documentation and maintain the schedule in the practice's EHR
- Coordinate care with clients' other providers as needed
- Participate in bi-weekly individual supervision and monthly group consultations
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
- Active clinical license (LICSW, LPC, LGPC, LGSW, or equivalent) in DC
- Licensure in additional states preferred
- Independent licensure preferred
- Availability for a minimum of 25 client sessions per week
- Desire to work as part of a collaborative, supportive team
