Job DescriptionIn this role, you will impact the production operations within the AERO SBG, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and meet customer requirements. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE
•High School Diploma or GED
•2 years in Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the production schedule based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources
- Monitor production progress and adjust the schedule as needed to meet customer demands
- Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks that may impact the schedule
- Continuously improve the scheduling process to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience in production scheduling or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.
- Experience with ERP systems and their applications in production control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in materials management and inventory optimization.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
