Children’s World Bilingual Montessori is a warm, child‐centered Montessori school dedicated to nurturing independence, curiosity, and kindness in young learners. We are seeking energetic, motivated, dependable, and caring individuals who love working with children.
Responsibilities
- Support Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities
- Assist in creating a safe, engaging, and structured environment
- Guide children through routines and hands-on learning activities
- Model positive communication, patience, and independence
- Help with classroom setup, cleanup, and organization
What We’re Looking For
- Warm, enthusiastic, and reliable team members
- Passion for working with children age 6 weeks – 6 years
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain a calm, positive presence
- Interest in Montessori philosophy (training available)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in childcare or early education
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful but not required
