Skilled Painters Wanted for Steady Commercial Work

COMMERCIAL PAINTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Cal Spectrum Painting is looking for experienced commercial painters who can hit the ground running. If you know how to prep, brush, roll, spray, and stay productive on site — we have consistent work ready for you.

We’ve been operating since 1994 and focus on large-scale commercial remodels across the U.S. This is a hands-on job that requires real field experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to different job sites and crews.

What You’ll Do

• Perform interior and exterior painting on commercial projects

• Prep surfaces: masking, sanding, patching, and cleaning

• Apply coatings using brush, roll, and spray equipment

• Work with your crew to meet deadlines and maintain site standards

• Contribute to cleanup, site setup, and breakdown

• Support occasional specialty coatings or graphics work (when required)

Requirements

• Solid field experience in commercial painting

• Proficiency in brush, roll, and spray techniques

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Able to work on rotating job sites with changing crews

• Must bring paint-appropriate clothing (tools provided on site)

• Open to California Jobs or Travel availability up to three weeks at a time (for travel crews)

• Open to background checks and drug testing, if requested
