Job Description

· Develop, implement, and continuously improve welding processes, procedures, and equipment to support metal fabrication operations

· Collaborate closely with production teams to troubleshoot welding issues and resolve quality concerns in real time

· Ensure compliance with established quality standards and optimize weld cell performance across the manufacturing floor

· Evaluate emerging welding technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

· Dedicate approximately 80% of time on the manufacturing floor directly supporting production operations

Key Requirements

· Demonstrated experience with the manufacturing process of metal products, with weld and fabrication experience preferred

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or three to five years of hands-on experience working with metal products

· Knowledge of programming tool for robotics or PLC’s, HMIs, Drives
