Position Overview
We’re seeking compassionate and driven Licensed Psychologists to join our supportive and mission-aligned team. You’ll provide high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, or families and play an active role in fostering a positive and connected workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
Client Care
- Contact new client referrals within 24 hours
- Maintain your assigned room and session schedule
- Review intake paperwork and informed consent during the first session
- Be punctual to client sessions, meetings, and events
- Build long-term therapeutic relationships when clinically appropriate
- Complete timely and thorough documentation (progress notes, etc.)
- Comply with HIPAA and uphold confidentiality at all times
- Collaborate with outside health professionals as needed
- Promote a consistent, warm, and professional therapeutic space
Caseload & Performance
- Full-Time: Minimum 22 sessions/week
- New clinicians expected to meet session goals within 90 days
- Participate in biannual reviews for growth and support
Team Engagement
- Maintain professionalism in all communications
- Keep scheduling and availability up to date
- Inform intake staff of changes in availability or caseload capacity
- Attend quarterly in-person team meetings (required)
- Contribute to a collaborative and grateful team culture
Clinical Supervision & Growth
- Weekly supervision with Clinical Director for the first 30 days
- Biweekly or as-needed supervision for the next 30 days
- Ongoing peer consultation is highly encouraged
Qualifications
- Registered or licensed in California as a Psychologist
- Passionate about relational, client-centered, and trauma-informed care
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Committed to team collaboration and continuous growth
