A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to provide one-on-one support for a student in an elementary school setting in Leavenworth, Indiana. This contract position is set to begin as soon as possible and will last for one year, with the potential to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized behavior analysis services to a single 8-year-old student currently in a 2-on-1 setting.
- Collaborate closely with other staff members who also support the student throughout the day.
- Monitor progress and adjust behavior intervention plans as needed.
- Participate in meetings and communication with school personnel and families.
- Provide some services during summer months, potentially including in-home sessions.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in educational settings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Schedule and Location:
- Monday through Friday, approximately 35-40 hours per week.
- Daily work hours from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM.
- Summer schedule anticipated to continue with reduced hours.
- Worksite located within an elementary school in Leavenworth, Indiana.
