IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Manage Google Ads campaigns focused on local lead generation, using geo-targeting and budget optimization strategies to increase qualified conversions.

Conduct keyword research specific to geographic regions, tailoring ads to align with high-intent local searches and seasonal trends.

Use advanced geo-targeting (zip codes, cities, service areas) to improve ad relevance and reduce cost-per-lead.

Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPL, impression share, etc.) and refine campaigns based on data-driven insights and local competition.

Collaborate with clients or teams on landing page alignment and optimization, ensuring message match and improved conversion rates.

Execute local SEO audits to identify gaps and implement improvements across Google Business Profiles, citations, and on-page elements.

Monitor and enhance local organic visibility by optimizing service pages, maintaining accurate local listings, and tracking performance with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on local markets, lead generation, or service-based businesses.

Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and a strong grasp of geo-targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.

Solid knowledge of local SEO best practices, including GBP optimization, local citations, and schema markup for service areas.

Experience using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or BrightLocal to measure and improve campaign performance.

Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting metrics and making recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.

Familiarity with landing page strategy and the ability to collaborate with teams to improve alignment between ad messaging and on-page content.

Awareness of local market dynamics and competitor strategies, with the ability to adapt campaigns to stay ahead in competitive search environments.
