Marketing Manager
We are a leading Museum Exhibit Planning and Design firm based in Washington, DC, seeking a well-rounded, full-time Marketing Manager to join our collaborative and creative team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in proposal preparation within an architectural or design-focused environment, and a passion for communication, organization, and cultural institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of proposals and RFQs/RFPs
- Manage company participation in industry conferences and events
- Maintain and segment mailing lists using commercial email management platforms
- Plan and execute email marketing and social media campaigns
- Support various projects and administrative tasks as needed
- Handle incoming phone calls, mail, and package deliveries
- Act as a liaison for internal and external communications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign (required)
- Experience utilizing commercial email management platforms
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable with occasional travel for conferences or client engagements
- A love for museums and cultural institutions is a big plus!
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
