How your role fits into Boldt:
Our Senior Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and leading all aspects of Boldt’s marketing strategy, including managing, and completing the production of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials, and managing updates to Boldt’s intranet, website, digital asset management system and CRM. Success in this role is demonstrated by self-motivating, proactive behaviors, and by demonstrating effective collaboration while supporting multiple projects at a time efficiently to completion.

- Lead in the development of project pursuits and timelines.
- Manage and complete impactful proposals and interview presentations.
- Review and edit materials for final submission.
- Enterprise-wide data and process support.
- Oversee the handling of the department budget, invoices, and credit card statements.
- Manage client and partner survey process and implementation.
- Supervise updates to project profiles, resumes and sales collateral.
- Act as a brand champion by making sure Boldt’s brand standards are followed.
- Oversee awards submissions and membership renewals/updates.
- Manage project photos and videos and assist with upload to digital asset manager.
- Support business development and subject matter experts with collateral and signage requests.
- Present at staff and management meetings, providing updates on marketing initiatives.
- Direct team on event planning and execution.
- Oversee promotional product orders.
- Lead local marketing initiatives and campaigns, reporting on marketing metrics.
- Enter information into Boldt’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Maintain an events calendar and provide internal communications when appropriate.
- Find opportunities for process improvement and develop implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing on PR, social media, website, and campaigns.
- Develop engaging content for use in collateral at all stages of pursuit process.
- Oversee inventory of department supplies and materials.
- Work with Business Development/leadership on local market trends, competition, and opportunities.
- Mentor, train, and coach junior positions within the marketing team.
What we expect from you:
- Associates degree with minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- High degree of energy, passion, tenacity, and creativity.
- Self-starter, deadline driven with a strong focus on results.
- Basic knowledge of marketing fundamentals and project management skills.
- Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods.
- Ability to train and coach.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Highly organized with ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment and willing to contribute to the team as the need arises.
- CRM knowledge is helpful.
- Professional and positive attitude with internal and external customers.
- Composure while working on multiple projects under tight timelines.
- A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
Physical requirements and working conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The ability to optimally communicate is required. The employee may occasionally move up to 15 pounds.
The working conditions of this position requires the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $ $71,796-$102,043 per year. This range represents what The Boldt Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to: candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, alignment with market data and internal equity as well as other business and organizational needs. Our expectation is the that the incumbent will work out of our Minneapolis, MN office location. If the incumbent works out of a different location, the anticipated salary range is subject to change.
